Our Moscato Panettone is a variation of our Piemontese Panettone. This style Panettone is unique to the Piedmont region of Italy and is lower and wider than the Milanese Panettone with the significant addition of a baked on hazelnut. This variation is made with the addition of Muscato wine and grapes but contains no candied citrus. Airy and sweetly fragrant, with a baked-on almond icing, Moscato Panettone cake is one of the triumphs of the Italian baker!
